This is the body technique in the “Jong Tau樁頭” of Snake and Crane Wing Chun.

今天的詠春，在傳承過程中，很多被刪改而形成今天千線萬線的詠春拳，很多都忘了這詠春基本慨念，把白鶴戲水去除了，亦把蛇歸洞定為去處理中路及下路的招式，蛇鶴詠春從不用兩手去消對方攻勢的，原意全失了，故家師曾 叮囑套路不能改。

From this we can see that there are only forms without kuen kuit, forms can still be practiced. If there are forms and kuen kuits, it will be more perfect. However there are only kuen kuits without the forms, of course you cannot practice.

故「白鶴戲水蛇歸洞亅訣，若不是相關人士，很難理解的。從這裡可見，只有套路無拳譜，套路仍可練習，有拳譜有套路，就更美滿，但只有拳譜冇套路，就當然不能練習。

If the forms are lost and only kuen kuits are available, it is debatable whether the original forms can be restored from the simple words on the kuen kuits. I personally think it is impossible and it can only appear in movies.

若是套路失去了，只有古時拳譜，可否從拳譜上的簡單文字去還原原有套路，那就有待商榷了，個人認為是不可能的，只有電影中才能出現。
